Candidacy Factors
Moderate Misalignment:
Invisalign is best for mild to moderate cases. If your teeth are severely misaligned, you might need traditional braces.

During treatment, you need to wear your aligners for at least 22 hours every day. You can take them out for eating, drinking (except water), brushing, or flossing. Every two weeks, you switch to the next set of aligners until you get the results you want.

Caring for Your Invisalign Aligners
Clean Them Regularly
Rinse Your Trays
Patients should rinse their Invisalign trays every time they take them out. This helps remove dried saliva, food bits, plaque, and bacteria that can cause cavities.
Soak Them Daily
Every day, soak your aligners in a cleaning solution to keep them clean and fresh. Then, brush them gently with a toothbrush before putting them back in your mouth.
Use A Protective Case
When you take out your trays, always keep them in a protective case to protect them from damage. Also, avoid storing them in very hot or very cold temperatures because they can change their shape.
